PEARL'S PREMIUM Grass Seed, Does it  grow in Southern California?

I have put this Blog together  in order to provide my experience with trying to grow a  Pearl's Premium Lawn  here in southern California.  If you are like me you  are probably here because you are Looking to Spend less time, and less money and still enjoy the benefits of a lush Green lawn.

I hope to do a semi-detailed blog of how well the lawn does  here in the San Fernando Valley.  It seems to me there is very little documentation on how well  these seeds do here in Southern California over  the long term. I hope that this will help others in making the decision whether or not to try Pearl's Premium, however I know that so many  factors will play into the success of the lawn for each situation and soil type.

I have done as much research as I could on this blend of grass seed. I even called The company and Spoke to the Man behind the Product Jackson Madnick( I think) to get the best  results possible. I will list as many of the details as I can in the blog. I hope this Blog over the next couple of years will be helpful to others interested in the results of this experiment.
